Positive relationships are at the core of wellbeing, as research continues to show everyday. Most of the problems that clients bring to therapy have to do with relationships, and clinicians have a lot to say about what helps relationships thrive. Similarly, there is growing interest in how personal narratives shape our experiences, and all therapeutic processes entail, explicitly or implicitly, telling and rewriting clients´ stories.
In this webinar, we will explore how positive psychology and narrative and relational practices can be in synergy to enrich our work as therapists and the lives of our clients.
