The Work & Organizations Division is thrilled to announce its second Positive Work Conversation series with Julie Beaulac on March 25th at 6 PM EDT.
So much is lost when we lose touch with our bodies. Stress and overwhelm take over when we miss the messages our bodies send our minds. As leaders this communication rupture becomes doubly Important as it impairs our effectiveness and responsiveness. Without this core linkage we lose confidence in our decisions or ability to reach others who depend on us. But there are practices and mindsets to bridge the gaps. In one exceptional hour learn more about the integrative holistic approach to leadership which underlies practices to deepen our relationships and live fully expressing our whole selves at work or in our lives. This conversation will help participants explore Mind-Body practices, deepen their fundamental relationships with their bodies, and become more confident and embodied leaders.
Join Dr. Julie Beaulac a bilingual psychologist, speaker, and author in Ottawa, Canada with a PhD in clinical psychology who addresses our members as an expert practitioner in wellness, embodiment, and leadership practices. For 20 years she has helped individuals, groups, and organizations presenting to conferences across the globe and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Coauthoring a 2023 book, The Mind-Body Way, Julie writes of her passion to help others live more connected, meaningful, flourishing lives through embodiment. A certified yoga teacher she also teaches mindfulness and other accessible embodiment pathways. Learn more about Julie at drjuliebeaulac.com.
