We are thrilled to announce that in March, our division will welcome Andrew Napier from the University of Melbourne as a featured speaker in our Scientific Speaker Series. Launched three years ago, this series bridges cutting-edge research with actionable insights, offering IPPA members a platform to engage with leading scholars in spirituality and meaning.

For our March installment, Andrew will present his research on Life Crafting as a Pathway to enhancing meaning in life.

Meaning in life is an essential component of living a good life. However, interventions to foster meaning are often unidimensional, time- and resource-intensive, and aimed at the elderly or ill. In his talk, Andrew will discuss an online, scalable, and multi-dimensional intervention called life crafting that aims to help individuals foster and sustain meaning in their lives. The talk will introduce the components of the intervention, how they can be delivered, and the results of a recent pilot study. There will be ample time for Q and A!
