Abstract:
In this workshop, Claudia Morales Cueto will show you the itinerary towards the interior of oneself that Saint Teresa of Ávila proposed in her masterpiece, The Interior Castle, written in 1577. In this book, she proposes seven ways to relate to ourselves and to God, which we will explore with the help of mindfulness and character strengths. This workshop will introduce us to the mystique of love and will allow us to overcome barriers to meditation and contemplation.
