This talk presents the case of the transformation  of an educational system, into an Ecosystem of Wellbeing grounded in the science of Positive Psychology and inspired by frameworks such as PERMA, character strengths, mindfulness, and purpose-centered learning, the presentation explores how to include operationalized  wellbeing measurement models,  training and curriculum design and global alliances. The case illustrates how educational institutions can move beyond isolated wellness interventions toward systemic cultural transformation, positioning wellbeing, flourishing, and purpose as central outcomes of education alongside academic achievement.
