How can organizations create experiences that foster eudaimonic well-being and human flourishing—not just productivity? What does positive experience design look like when applied to the workplace? Join us for an engaging discussion with Andrew Soren, IPPA board member and founder of Eudaimonic by Design.  Andrew is an expert practitioner in workplace well-being, leadership, and organizational design. We will explore how eudaimonia—a deep, purpose-driven form of well-being—can be intentionally cultivated in work environments through culture, policy and leadership behaviour.

This event is part of the new IPPA Circle on Positive Experience Design, a dynamic, member-led community of practice dedicated to bridging research and application in the design of meaningful, engaging, and transformative experiences. Unlike IPPA’s Divisions, Circles provide flexible spaces for deep dialogue, collaboration, and experimentation, allowing practitioners and researchers to co-create new ways of applying positive psychology in emerging and cross-cutting domains.

Expect a thought-provoking conversation on:

  • Designing work for eudaimonic wellbeing
  • How organizations can balance performance with purpose
  • The role of culture, policies and leadership in shaping experience
  • Practical strategies for fostering well-being at scale

Whether you’re a researcher, practitioner, or organizational leader, this session offers a unique opportunity to engage, learn, and contribute to a growing movement focused on the intentional design of positive experiences—at work and beyond.

Join us in reimagining the future of work—where meaning and well-being take center stage!
