Yunus will share his entrepreneurial journey, what led him to build a values-driven business around recognition and appreciation, and what he’s learned along the way. Yunus Emre Aslan is a technology entrepreneur with 20 years of experience building businesses around loyalty, engagement, and human connection.

With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, his entrepreneurial journey began with consumer loyalty programs before shifting its focus to the internal customer, employees. His encounter with the PERMA philosophy inspired him to build products around positive relationships, recognition, and a stronger sense of belonging at work.

Today, as the founder of Empactivo, he leads teams in Poland and Turkiye, building an employee experience platform used by 50+ major corporations and reaching 100,000+ employees.

Outside of work, he enjoys collecting action figures and camping with his family.
