LIGHTS. CAMERA. CONNECTION. Join award-winning film producer Capella Fahoome for an inspiring storytelling experience that guides you to see your life through the lens of filmmaking. In a world that moves faster every minute, where noise grows louder and AI is everywhere, it’s more important than ever to protect our humanity, deepen connections, and stay grounded in what truly matters. Working Title invites participants to step into the roles of writer, director, and star of their own story. The work is simple but meaningful: honor the scenes that shaped you, recognize the script you’ve been following, and set the stage for your next act with purpose. As Martin Seligman said, psychology explores two paths to truth: the truth of general laws (nomothetic) and the truth of a single life and the stories we tell ourselves (idiographic). That distinction is at the core of Working Title. Research and wisdom from across generations agree we do not merely react to facts; we respond to interpretation, to the stories we create between stimulus and response. Through filmmaking, this deeply human, research-based workshop helps people rewrite what no longer serves them, gain clarity, strengthen connections, and step into their third act with more courage, purpose, and intention.
Working Title delivers three outcomes:
1. Narrative Clarity: Participants identify their current “script” (assumptions, beliefs, patterns) and replace it with a more accurate, empowering story they can act on.
2. Deeper Connection: Participants build trust quickly through guided storytelling—strengthening belonging, empathy, and psychological safety across the room.
3. Next-Chapter Momentum: Participants leave with a clear, values-aligned next step—language and intention they can use immediately in leadership, collaboration, and life.
