Attendees can expect a thoughtful and engaging conversation on how these ideas can move beyond theory and contribute to workplace life with greater depth, relevance, and impact.

Biographies:
Lucy Traynor
Kiko Kislansky is an international speaker, social entrepreneur, and psychotherapist who has spent the last decade helping individuals and organizations translate purpose into meaningful action, culture, and performance. He also teaches purpose studies as a guest professor in universities around the world.
He is the founder of the Global Purpose School and creator of the Life Purpose Trainer and Business Purpose Consultant certifications, as well as the first postgraduate program in Purpose Studies. Kiko is also a co-founder of the World Meaning & Purpose Summit, a global gathering that brings together researchers, leaders, and practitioners from multiple continents to advance the science and practice of meaning and purpose.
He holds certifications in Evolutionary Coaching, Logotherapy, and Positive Psychology and throughout his career, he has led purpose-driven projects across diverse contexts — including universities, schools, public sector institutions, city governments, and multinational corporations — supporting leaders and systems in integrating purpose at scale.
Kiko has authored 10 books, including The Purpose Revolution, and has supported over 500 organizations, impacting thousands of people across 25+ countries and five continents. His work integrates science, spirituality, and economics to create practical methodologies for living and leading with purpose.

Former farmer, with an engineer degree and Executive MBA in Finance, Thomas worked in 15 different countries, Thomas had a corporate career for 10 years, migrated to another decade of consulting work before launching himself as a serial entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, Thomas receiver 12 awards (innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability), filed 4 patents and published 30 books and multiple Best Sellers, and International speaker with 5 TEDx.
Thomas has launched Conscious Capitalism movement in Latin America, helps chapter all around the world, he has certified over 1,200 consultants in 23 countries and runs the largest network of consultants to accelerate the UPGRADE of leaders and their organizations, to create a more conscious business ecosystem.
