We look forward to welcoming Alex Steele to explore how the cultivation of improvisational mindsets can enhance leadership, collaboration, innovation, human and organisational flourishing.
Alex is an organisational development consultant, academic and coach by day, and a professional jazz pianist by night. He is a visiting professor, associate, partner and contributor with a range of international business schools and organisational development practices around the world. Alex has a parallel career as a professional jazz pianist, and he uses his insights into improvisational mindsets and behaviours as part of the design and delivery of experiential learning programmes for leadership and organisational change.
Alex’s background and expertise includes practice and research in organisational development, behavioural change, systems thinking, sustainability, psychology, and improvisation. He works with individuals and teams, exploring new ways of stimulating curiosity, innovation, collaboration and experimentation. Alex’s recent and current clients include BMW, Novartis, L’Oréal, World Economic Forum, Deloitte, Dell, Arup, Swarovski, Orange and many others.
You can look forward to an enlightening discussion exploring positive psychology, leadership and human flourishing, with surprising lessons from the world of jazz. Alex has told us he might have a piano at hand to demonstrate some of his insights! Like a great jazz solo, in this webinar, we need to be ready for the unexpected!
Non-members can join for a nominal fee of $25.
Please note: Registration Closes on September 15th! You will receive an email with the webinar information the day before. Please check your junk and spam if you don’t receive it.
