The IPPA PIER Circle (Positive Psychology Inclusion, Equity, and Representation) is a member-led space dedicated to strengthening inclusion, equity, and representation across positive psychology research, practice, teaching, and professional life within IPPA. This session serves as a Circle launch and collaborative visioning meeting. Participants will reflect on what inclusion and representation should look like in our field, identify shared priorities and opportunities for action within IPPA, and co-create guiding principles for how the PIER Circle will operate (e.g., psychological safety, voice, accountability, and collaboration across identities, regions, and career stages). The session will be interactive and oriented toward practical next steps, including how members can stay engaged and help shape the Circle’s initial agenda.
