Join the IPPA Education Division for the next webinar in the Education Division Speaker Series to hear from Jen Hanson-Peterson as she explores the Wellbeing in Schools; Data-Action Gap. Hosted by Education Division President Elect, Anna Partridge, in this webinar you will gain a practical insight into turning a PDF of statistics into a living, breathing pastoral care strategy.
Most schools are swimming in data. But as we found at Geelong Grammar School, the challenge isn’t collecting the data; it is translating it. How do you turn a PDF of statistics into a living, breathing pastoral care strategy? In this webinar, Jen Hanson-Peterson breaks down a 6-stage roadmap for moving from ‘Reactive Data’ (identifying problems) to ‘Proactive Design’ (building the specific skills the data says are missing). Using the GGS implementation as a case study, we will explore the process of building a universal Social-Emotional Wellbeing Scope & Sequence — and the Relational Intelligence, Capacity, & Infrastructure required to deliver it.
