There’s been wonderful interest in creating a space within IPPA to explore the intersection of yoga and positive psychology—so let’s get started!
Join us for the first gathering of the IPPA Yoga Circle* on September 22 from 4:00–5:30 p.m. ET.
Come for a 30-minute virtual yoga practice designed to be accessible to a range of experience levels. From there, we’ll have time to meet fellow yogis (and those simply curious about yoga) and explore some of the ideas, questions, research, and practices that connect yoga with positive psychology.
This first gathering will also help us imagine what the Circle might become. Future sessions could include shared practices, conversations about research and theory, member-led discussions, guest facilitators, and other ways of learning together.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome. You don’t need to be an experienced practitioner.
If you’d like to join us, please complete the short registration and interest form below. Your responses will help us plan the practice and shape the conversation.
Looking forward to practicing and exploring together!
Andrew
